Innovative high-end bottle customization | A practice of integrating digital foil stamping with a variety of printing processes

The sapphire glass wine bottle is designed and decorated by PSL GmbH, using Peyer Décor’s hot stamping foil, Marabu’s ink, and Koenig & Bauer Kammann's advanced printing equipment to create a customized high-end bottles, combining inkjet digital printing, screen printing, digital foil stamping and other processes, presenting the ultimate combination of excellent quality and innovative technology.

Applying a blue coating to the glass bottle then print it using Marabu DUV-C ink. In addition, the tactile effect is achieved by 3D stereoscopic printing with the Marabu DUV-HBV. After DUV-HBV printing, Peyer Decor foil is applied for foil stamping. The text on the back of the bottle is screen-printed with Marabu Ultra Glass UVGL ink.

All production steps, from digital/screen printing to stamping, can be completed on a single machine, greatly improving production efficiency and printing quality. In addition, this all-in-one solution not only saves time and costs but also provides greater flexibility in design and production to achieve high-quality products with special visual & tactile effects.

This innovative printing process makes the products visually appealing and gives a unique tactile experience. By using inks like DUV-C and DUV-HBV, intricate patterns and textures can be printed on glass bottles while ensuring durability and aesthetics in printing.
