ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® is a sustainable textile chemical certification developed and launched by the Oeko-Tex® Association. ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® is an independent, standardized testing and certification system for chemicals, dyes and auxiliaries used in textile and leather production. In the multi-process process, analyze whether the various components in the chemical product meet the legal requirements and whether they are harmless to human health.
ZDHC (Zero Discharge Hazardous Chemical) is a joint effort by clothing and footwear brands and retailers such as Adidas, BURBERRY, C&A, ESPRIT, GAP, H&M, INDITEX, M&S, NB, LEVI'S, NIKE, PUMA, LI-NING, PVH, and other clothing and footwear brands and retailers under the promotion of Greenpeace. It was founded with the motto "to lead the use of safer chemicals in the value chain for a cleaner planet and a brighter future." "It is designed to help suppliers control the input and use of hazardous chemicals, and to phase out and replace hazardous chemicals.
The ZDHC MRSL, or ZDHC Manufacturing Restricted Substances List, is a control of hazardous substances used in dyeing and finishing materials used in dyeing and finishing processes established and introduced by ZDHC certification in 2014. The ZDHC MRSL Compliance Level is divided into three levels: Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3, with Level 3 being the highest level of MRSL compliance certification currently available, which represents the most rigorous scrutiny and indicates the highest confidence that the chemical meets the ZDHC MRSL standard.
ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) and OEKO-TEX® have announced that ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® has officially become a compliance indicator for ZDHC MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substance List) Level 3.
Marabu Tempa® Tex TPX ink is certificated by ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX®, which is equivalent to ZDHC MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substance List) Level 3.
Tampa® Tex TPX is a two-component, solvent-based pad printing ink with strong adhesion, scratch resistance, and BPA-free. It is especially suitable for the following substrates: cotton, nylon, polyester, polyamide (PA), spandex, blended fabrics, etc., and also has good adhesion on the following substrates: PP, PU, TPE, triphenylmethane, leather/artificial leather, lacquer, etc. It can also be used in polypropylene and copolyester baby products with gentle formulations that meet the most stringent production requirements. As a cost-effective alternative ink for thermal transfer and sewing labels, Tempa® Tex TPX remains true to its original purpose: to replace labels on textiles and retain patterns without damaging clothing. Size information, washing instructions can be printed directly, which solves the problem of blurred and faded logos and provides wearing comfort.
